Display results using a search input form - AngularJS [on hold]

I have a search input form with four fields to choose from..User should select/fill in at least one field to display the results. If the user selects two fields then matching records of these two should populate and so on...i know this is easy using if-else in JS...but there should be some other better way for the search input form to display results....I am using bootstrap, angular js
